About the platform
What Node Union is, and what it is not.
A platform for participation in global AI infrastructure: pooled GPU capacity across data centres, with published methodology and reporting.
What the platform does
Node Union gives people access to a class of infrastructure that is normally reachable only at institutional scale. GPU capacity is assembled into pools across several data centres, rented to workloads that need it, and the economics of that rental are reported back to participants.
The entry point is deliberately small. The published package levels start at $25 and run to $500, so that participation does not require the price of a server.
How participation is structured
Each package level corresponds to a class of hardware and a modeled monthly scenario rate.
Legal structure, methodology, reserves and risk disclosures are reviewed before anything is committed.
The amount is allocated to a pool at one of the reference sites and begins to be reported on.
Utilization, energy, maintenance and net results are published on a regular reporting cycle.
Where the capacity sits
The reference network is distributed across three countries, chosen for power availability, climate and connectivity rather than for marketing reasons:
- T1 Energy — Mo i Rana, Norway. Primary AI factory reference, 50 MW allocated within a 50–150+ MW planning range.
- Parque Industrial Olmos — Canelones, Uruguay. Latin American hub, 20–40 MW utility capacity.
- SAKURA internet — Ishikari Bay New Port, Hokkaido, Japan. Modular expansion in 10–20 MW steps.
Configurations are selected for the workload and for availability rather than for a single vendor: NVIDIA Blackwell and Blackwell Ultra, HGX and GB300 NVL72, AMD Instinct MI350 and MI355X, with high-speed networking, NVMe cache and object storage.
What the platform is not
This matters more than any feature list, so it is stated plainly.
- It is not a deposit. There is no bank guarantee and no insured principal.
- The rates are not a promise. Package levels and monthly scenario rates demonstrate the structure of the product. Actual results depend on utilization, client pricing, energy and connectivity costs, operating expenses, fees, reserves and market demand. They may be lower than modeled, zero, or negative.
- It is not investment advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to participate, and nothing here is a public offer.
- It is not a standalone GPU purchase. Participation is in pooled capacity, not in a specific physical card owned by the participant.
