How to report something suspicious.
What we will never ask you for, which addresses are really ours, and where to send a report.
Report it here
Send anything that looks wrong: a message you did not expect, a site that imitates ours, a payment request from someone claiming to represent us, or a problem you found in the platform itself. Include a screenshot and the full sender address if you have them. We confirm receipt on working days and write back once the check is done.
If you have already sent money or shared a code, write to us immediately and, where money is involved, contact your bank or payment provider in parallel. Speed matters more than a complete report.
- Ask for your password, PIN, one-time code or seed phrase — for any reason, in any channel.
- Ask you to send money to a personal account, a "manager's own wallet" or a card number given in chat.
- Promise a guaranteed return, a bonus for paying today, or a rate that is not published on this site.
- Ask you to install remote-access software so someone can "help you complete the operation".
- Pressure you to decide within minutes, or tell you that an offer disappears if you check it.
Addresses that are really ours
Anything outside this list is not us, even if it looks identical:
- nodeunion.io — this official site.
- nodeunionverdict.com and reviews-node-union.com — our two review sites, which belong to the brand.
- Email from us always ends in @nodeunion.io.
Check the address bar character by character before entering anything. Imitations usually differ by one letter, a hyphen, or a different ending.
Keeping your own account safe
- Use a password you use nowhere else, and a password manager to remember it.
- Never forward a one-time code to anyone, including someone who says they are us.
- Check the sender address on every message that asks you to do something.
- Open the platform by typing the address yourself rather than through a link in a message.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you have found a technical vulnerability, send it to security@nodeunion.io with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before publishing, and do not access, modify or delete data that is not yours while testing. We do not take legal action against researchers who report in good faith and follow this.
